A dream was born 14 years ago in a small ravine on a remote island in the Salish Sea. On that day a group of friends gathered together to dance and celebrate for the first Blooming Heart. The event is a descendent of the tribal gatherings from ancient times. A place where kindred spirits and smiling hearts reunite with long lost friends. Blooming Heart is a place of respect, a place where each of us can feel safe with a sense of community. It is a gentle place of nature, music and art.

The community that formed through Blooming Heart has gone on to create the Imagine Music & Arts Festival as well as the Imagine Convergence conference. With this continuing vision we hope to create experiences that will make this world a better place. With deep gratitude and honor we welcome you to our little island, to share in the magic of gathering and friendship.
